don't ask for help

Liked: the room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: we booked a room for 5, there was no extra blanket or pillow for the sofa bed. There was sheets in the closet. We went to the front desk and asked the clerk for the bedding, he was very rude, asking us "did you check" he gave us a pillow and gave us a blanket. When it came time for the showers we needed one more towel and wash cloth, since there was five of us and he acted like we were bothering him.

Superb

Liked: The room was large and comfortable. I love the lotion in the bathroom. Bed was very large and comfy!
Disliked: I wasn't impressed with the lobby. I understand that you can't do much with small spaces. The prices were very high for Hays Kansas.
