Disliked: The whole place just need an update or remodel

Liked: The space and convince with comfortable beds and bathrooms
Disliked: Outdated tv microwave and the breakfast was horrible and the desk clerk was horrible

Rather stay elsewhere.

Liked: Front desk staff were great
Disliked: Room had a very bad odor because there was old food left in the refrigerator. The toilet was stopped up and could not flush it.

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful. Designated area was pleasant, clean, well-supplied with variety of choices. Hot dishes were available. as well as cereals, breads, pastries, milk, several choices of coffee and juice. Waffle maker was available.
Disliked: Hotel is built very close to the interstate and our particular room was on the side most near. A couple of times during the night traffic noise was heavy, but my husband said he didn't notice. So maybe it only is an issue for light sleepers. There's nothing that can be done about the location; this issue would not prevent staying again.

Disliked: I was harass by housekeeping after I told them I had a late checkout. True checkout was at 11am, but upon checking in I requested a late checkout due to me arriving so late at the hotel. And the front desk agent gave me until 12pm to check out. Well the first knock was at 11am and the second knock was at 1115am and I then told them I had a late check out. Well that didn't make a difference because at 1130 and 1135am I got two more knocks. I then told the housekeeper I was leaving to give me 5 to 10 minutes. When I open the door the housekeeper was sitting on the floor in front of my room door waiting. I felt harass and upset as if that was the only room they had to clean! They didn't honor the 12pm checkout because they knocked on the door several time long, not listening to the fact I had a late checkout. If that was something they couldn't honor they should have never offered it.
