Liked: Service lobby staff super nice. Staff worked hard all nite keeping snow cleaned up.
Disliked: Breakfast waffles were good no variety of cereal and the fake eggs and sausage and biscuits were horrible, not fit to eat. Could of had muffins and donuts as well

Liked: Liked: Hotel was clean.Disliked: I had to stay due to a snow storm in the area. However several customers, myself included, were trapped for several hours the next day (in the hotel parking lot), because the hotel didn’t have any rock salt to melt the slippery surface in the sloped parking lot.The storm was forecasted for several days in advance, and to not have any rock salt on hand is astonishing. After several hours, a worker finally went to a nearby hotel and got some of their rock salt
