Liked: Liked: Hotel was clean.Disliked: I had to stay due to a snow storm in the area. However several customers, myself included, were trapped for several hours the next day (in the hotel parking lot), because the hotel didn’t have any rock salt to melt the slippery surface in the sloped parking lot.The storm was forecasted for several days in advance, and to not have any rock salt on hand is astonishing. After several hours, a worker finally went to a nearby hotel and got some of their rock salt

Overall, the stay was great.

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel in general. It was in the middle of Harrisonburg which allowed for quick commutes to destinations during my stay.

Liked: wifi didn't work. the coffee machine was not clean. ventilation was broken.
Disliked: wifi, ventilation, coffee machine.
