Liked: Desk staff very friendly and professional . It set up a great experience . I was very pleased the with the lobby banner with QR code for accessing local outdoor trails. At that moment I noted that I would seek out this chain when traveling.
Disliked: Housekeeping, came to the door. Just out of the shower , I peeked my head out, while in my underwear. I said come back in 30 minutes. The woman said no service? Again, I said come back in 30 minutes. She tried to hand me two trash bags, I put up my hand and said again, I want service in 30 minutes. The gentleman convinced her to step away. she came back later with towels . I said I need service, toiletries, and coffee. When returned to my room, the trash had not been emptied, the bed had not been made. I understand that many staff are English language learners, but they need to understand common phrases to be effective. This can be accomplished with cue cards if they cannot manage speaking English.

Liked: The room size is good the bed is really comfy the location also really good the staff are really friendly and helpful especially the night shift lady in the front desk.. I forget her name but she really help us with our problem..
Disliked: The breakfast is terrible they could have add atleast cook eggs not just microwave sandwich.. The water pressure is also terrible and the first room that we were given room #405 the hot water is not working i saw in review section that this room has the same problem with other people.. Good thing the lady in the front desk helped us moved in to another room she is really helpful I just wish I didn't forget her name.. The room and the bathroom need a little bit renovationAnd they need to clean the room properly..

Liked: The indoor pool ice machine that actually works and the sheets were changed & clean I didn’t have to ask for it to be changed
Disliked: I don’t have any dislikes thank you to be quite honest this is always my go to while in the area and has been for years
