Liked: The bed was comfortable and the hvac system worked well
Disliked: Getting into the parking lot was a total fiasco. The hallway walls need repainted as well as the entire place could use some updating. There was a real downpour and the parking lot became a lake, totally soaked our feet getting to our vehicle to go for dinner. The breakfast was mediocre at best, not much variety, no salt/pepper, waffle maker didn’t work right, out of coffee, tables needed to be wiped.

Even with the small things...

Liked: Staff who checked me in was phenomenally nice! She was welcoming and made us feel safe.
Disliked: My shower had hand prints on the wall as if someone had been spread eagle. Shower surround itself showed slight mildewing. Entering my room the bed spread looked dingy the carpet had a little smell in it.

Disliked: The heater didn't work i told the front desk person but she laughed it off and said noo it's working .. it said low battery and 60 degrees the whole stay.
