Overall good stay

Liked: Good location if heading to Sioux City like I was.
Disliked: Faucet in shower was ready to fall off the wall. Very dirty bathroom air vent

Liked: Very good breakfast. Exceptionally clean and up to date rooms and bathrooms which I really appreciate.
Disliked: Actual driving up to this hotel is confusing even though it is located on the corner of 2 bush streets

Nice place and great price....

Liked: Great breakfast (except for the coffee). Very clean room and good size for a one night stay over.
Disliked: We stayed in a west side room facing a busy highway and the traffic was loud. Try a room facing east if given the choice.
