Liked: The location was good. Waffle House annnnd close to Stateline with many amenities.
Disliked: My air conditioner was cold; however, when it turned off, it spewed water onto the carpet. My personal blankets were soaked, socks. The bathtub felt like I was sinking through the floor by the drain, and the corners of the shower were dirty. There was a slant in the floor somehow because two drawers would not close.

Liked: Ms. Robin is the kindest woman. I would almost stay at this location just for her. I like the convenience of the location and the breakfast is okay for a hotel. Beds are comfortable and ive never had an issue with cleanliness here.
Disliked: the dang wifi not working! Ugh it drives me nuts.

Liked: Spacious rooms, well outfitted with amenities , free breakfast that was more than continental; stuck to your ribs.Also policies involving payment on check in, cancellation were great.Price was terrific.,
Disliked: Front desk reception was rough. I was not going quickly enough and had questions.Front desk lady was impatient and rude.She kept asking my son if he could not help me, like I was senile.Others in my party thought she was very rude, and I was the payer for 2 rooms for 2 nights.That gave us a bad initial impression.Future dealings with this person found her temperament much improved.Lighting in the room could have been better.I am used to pot lights in the ceiling.The room seemed dark to me.
