Very nice hotel; comfy beds and didn't hear any outside noise.

Helpful staff but messy under-construction...

Liked: Well located with clean comfortable rooms. With elevator not working, desk clerk gave us one of last ground floor rooms.
Disliked: Construction mess in lobby and elevator out of service. Free breakfast area moved to lobby amid construction stuff and guest traffic. I know this is temporary, but it was not a place to eat. Perhaps $10 or so off the room rate or a coupon for free coffee nearby. It was not inviting.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The elevator was broken and the dining area was under construction. They did their best to put an interim breakfast area and options in place. The hot tub was closed too. It would have been helpful to know this before booking.

Disliked: They are under a major renovation. I would have appreciated a heads up and a deeper discount. The elevator didn’t work, ‘breakfast’ was by the entrance to hotel, very inconvenient. And only toast. Coffee empty-brought our own. Out of bottled water all the time. Dusty from sheet rock.pool and hot tub not working. It will be nice once it’s done, but would have appreciated a heads up.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion were nice.
Disliked: I specifically chose a hotel with a pool and Hot tub. As it turns out, renovations are taking place and the pool and hot tub were not available. Not only that, but my husband has bad knees and hips so, in absences of a hot tub, a hot bath would help alleviate the pain. However, the bathtub stopper did not fit properly, making it impossible to hold water and take a bath.Bathroom fan was dirty and inoperable.No hot water for oatmeal. Why would you bother putting it out?Hot breakfast via prepackaged meals from the mini fridge heated up in the microwave. No thanks.
