Liked: The staff was wonderful from check in to check out. So pleasant and knowledgeable. They accommodated my disability and properly arranged for wake up call and transportation to the airport.
Disliked: There was nothing that could have improved my stay. I have stayed at 5 star hotels that were not as good as this. In fact, this was the cleanest hotel from lobby to elevator to room.
