Hotel was musty and need...

Liked: Stayed at the hotel the representative that checked us in was not very friendly at all, charged me $125 more than what I booked it for (not a deposit). The room they put us in had a broken toilet seat, the faucet leaked when turned on, the bathroom door had nails sticking out of it, and room was not clean floor was extremely dirty still., shampoo and conditioner were empty and water pressure was non existent. Also hotel smelled very musty.Representative who was helping at breakfast was great very friendly, got my children some crayons and paper to color greeted everyone good morning who walked by. Only complaint was keep running out of eggs and sausages and had to wait, also he had to make the waffles himself.

Liked: Very clean. Quiet for being close to highway. Intimate. Friendly. Staff were excellent. And the shampoo, conditioner, soap so top of the line. Loved that.
Disliked: Parking was tight. Hot water for tea at welcome desk was cold. Grate in my shower was very loose and dangerous. Clock wasnt on right time. Only one tea bag for caffeinated tea. Pillows were too small. And towels were non absorbent just pushed water from my body.
