The room was good with a fridge, microwave, and the sleep sofa!! The room was clean too. The breakfast was good and the staff were nice!

Liked: They were very nice people we enjoyed the day. They provided us with a nice breakfast and they were very nice walking through our room. The cleaners were exceptional and they supposed to do every other day.

Okay stay. Definitely wouldn’t recommend...

Liked: The location was good because it was right off the exit and the staff, Robyn, was super nice when I arrived. I’d had it up to my eyeballs with the day and she was super patient when my card decided to do weird things to me! The process was easy except for my card being weird to me. Robyn was nice and her voice brought calm to the storm that had been my day! The lobby was nice, clean, and quiet. Very welcoming, no complaints there.
Disliked: Our room key kept disabling itself and we had to keep getting them to “reset” it so we could get into our room. Very frustrating because my 6 and 2 year old didn’t like the back and forth. The water pressure was basically non-existent. And if you tried to run the sink water at the same time someone was showering, bye bye to the already LOWWW water pressure and the water went COLD! The heat was messing up, and as someone with low blood…don’t recommend! The person doing the breakfast was rude and the breakfast was mediocre at best. No cold water, Luke warm food, no bagels, insanely sweet juice. Also, there’s no microwave in the room which is very disappointing because having to go downstairs to reheat my leftovers was inconvenient. Also pretty sure people live at this hotel based upon my observations.

Liked: Location is great. I book here often.
Disliked: The heating system woke me from sleep. It was making this awful loud sound. This is a non smoking hotel but as soon as you come out the elevator on the second floor all you can smell is smoke. The family on the third floor above my room were extremely loud and jumping all over the place late at night. I couldn’t get a good night’s rest this stay.
