Great hotel

Liked: Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We came to hotel after riding the “Polar Express” with our two young grandchildren. This was their first time staying at a hotel. They enjoyed using the swimming pool. Unfortunately they wanted to go home, so we didn’t sleep in room. We checked out approximately 5 hours after arriving.

Disliked: There were bugs in multiple rooms. Staff were incredibly rude and unaccommdating

We've stayed here before, and...

Liked: Location is convenient to the highway. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was free and great with a large selection. Room was nice and quiet. Nice to have a nite light in the bathroom.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have a grab bar or two in the bathtub shower for us older people.

Liked: The location was good and the room clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. We would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a room in this area.
Disliked: The elevator was out of order when we first arrived, but was quickly repaired. Otherwise, all was good.
