Exceptional

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: There was a problem with the side door.

Liked: The staff were all very friendly.
Disliked: There was a odor throughout the building. It may have been from the indoor pool near the door, but it was also on the 3rd floor room.

A wonderful stay in Columbus...

Liked: Comfortable, big room, very quiet, clean and bright. It's a great option for exploring Columbus architecture and the beautiful nature around. Wifi was strong and stable, working in the room was very convenient. There's a Starbucks next to the hotel, and a curig in the room. Good breakfast and welcoming staff. Thank you!
Disliked: I wish we could stay longer. Liked everything. It would be great if the blanket had a duvet cover, but it's not used in American hotels.

Disappointing

Liked: Robin at breakfast was outstanding.
Disliked: Electrical outlets in room not working. No way to charge phone, etc.The electrical outlets in the room are not working, so there's no way to charge phones, etc.
