Liked: Well, I liked most things, the receptionists and two managers on duty were very polite and very helpfulThe rooms clean and nice, temperature great.
Disliked: Well, I liked everything except for the breakfast staff very, very rude, the receptionists and two managers on duty were very polite and very helpful the breakfast staff is a turn off. I had to purchase breakfast outside because my family was yelled on twice.We were a party of 12 persons (1 family)There was a limited amount of breakfast items.Eggs and sausages every day with waffles The keys had to be changed every day ????During our stay no hot water in two rooms we had 4 rooms as a family.

Location is great maintenance needs...

Liked: Location to Fort Benning base.
Disliked: Toilets had low water pressure and seen a few dead roaches in elevator. No hot water busted line.

It was terrible will never...

Liked: It was close to where we needed to be and the lobby was nice looking.
Disliked: 1.Check in took extremely too long2. No hot water for hot drinks in lobby 3. They gave us a key for a room that someone was already in4. The mattresses are extremely dirty5. Not enough sheets to cover the pull-out couch6. We were in commanders suite and the beds were uncomfortable(i wonder how the regular ones feel)7. There was NO hot water to wash with, and had to resort to taking a bird bath with the cold water8. The iron was terrible 9. the room had bugs10. The room service is way to expensive do not order and the food was terrible.
