For the reason that I...

Liked: the room was clean and the AC worked perfectly. Didn't have time to eat the breakfast but it smelled good.
Disliked: The bathtub can be updated. The front desk employee's can be a little bit more pleasant and willing to assist. They give off a vibe that they don't want to help or even engage in conversation they just want to check you in and get you out of their face.

Nice hotel and staff. Guest...

Liked: Nice room. Clean, comfy and had a nice bathroom/ shower
Disliked: Only one ice machine in the whole hotel and it was broke. I stayed for 3 days and this was a huge inconvenience

Liked: Kelly was amazing & very professional she was very helpful with any questions we had asked best customer experience ever it's a shame that she will no longer work at this Establishment she is a hard worker & likes to help everyone who walks into this Establishment with a smile on her face best customer experience ever all the staff at this Establishment was very friendly . I will be returning to this Establishment again

Disliked: Dirty, (I have more pictures) several maintenance issues, employee behind desk looked like she had a booger coming out of her nose which was an oversized piece of jewelry, elevator was sketchy. I won’t recommend, or stay, at any Sleep Inn again.

Good location to Ft Moore…....

Liked: The location to Ft Moore (or Ft Benning) was great and the staff were very helpful when we needed something.
Disliked: It was very dingy. You can see that there was updates done and they are trying. It wasn’t “bad” but the shower/ bathroom door/ and floor had ground in dirt on them. The window in our room didn’t have a screen. Also, the neighborhood was very run down. We never felt unsafe it just wasn’t very inviting around the hotel.

Liked: It was convenient when getting to Fort Moore military base.
Disliked: First, the surroundings weren’t the best. The abandoned building right next door really brought down the location. Upon arrival the shower was not cleaned thoroughly. At first, I was told that I would have to wait until the morning when house keeping was available, but the maintenance man was kind enough to offer to clean it. This made it seem like they were short staffed. No one outside of the maintenance man was able to leave the front desk. We also did not have hot water on our last morning for showers.

Liked: I liked the location of the property in relation to food options and shopping for basic amenities.
Disliked: The shower was growing mold in the caulking. I requested house keeping and she was still unable to remove it. I decided not to move removes since the shower was recleaned and I was only staying one night. The front desk lady couldn’t offer me a refund since manager wasn’t on duty.
