Disappointing

Liked: Location
Disliked: No staff ever available at the front desk. The few I did see were rude. The pool was closed, which was the main reason we chose that location. The bed had what looked to be a flea on the pillow, which was the first thing I noticed upon entering the room and looking at the bed. The room was dirty, dust and dirt on walls and curtains. The shower had spots that looked like mold. The shower leaked, and I am 7 1/2 months pregnant, so I had to be very careful getting in and out. Overall, I was not impressed. It's not worth the price. I will definitely be looking for a different place next time.

Liked: Location from the interstate. Comfy bed
Disliked: There were broken handles on the vanity in the bathroom, no fan. The floors had not been swept and there was grass, etc.

Liked: Desk clerk was efficient and friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was a big disappointment. Biscuits were stale and the coffee was poorly made. The crockpot of cream gravy gave me hope, but it was gummy.

Think twice and call first

Liked: I like the location which was near the interstate and, the size of the room wasn't too bad and the price for 2 days wasn't that bad
Disliked: I did not like that while booking it on booking.com it never stated that the swimming pool was not working. The exercise room was closed. There was not a refrigerator in our room for the first night. Luckily enough people checked out and they found me one for the second night. You could never find anyone at the front desk. You had to go look for them I did not get a chance to go eat breakfast because I was sleeping past breakfast so I cannot comment on that The hotel looked very nice and fairly new, so I'm very shocked that none of the facilities were working. Otherwise this was just a place to lay your head. That's it, thanks!

Liked: Customer service was good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable
Disliked: Indoor pool wasn't working. Fridge in the room was not cold so we couldn't store drinks to keep them old. Our reservation was for 4 but only 2 large towels and 3 wash cloths in the room

Liked: The property location was convenient
Disliked: The bathroom was gross. The room was supposed to be two king sized beds but they called the week before and switched us to a king size and 1 queen sleeper sofa. That would have been fine but they didn’t have a comforter for the bed once we arrived. Luckily my daughter brought a blanket to the hotel. Our team booked the hotel because it has an indoor pool. The pool was broken and we were never informed prior to our arrival. The TV channels wouldn’t work and the staff had to come try to fix it. Basically they only have local channels and nothing for kids to watch.
