Very good

Liked: Going to Carlsbad Caverns so location was good. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: A card key didn't work for our room, the staff had to let us in each time, so that was inconvenient. I would have liked yogurt as a breakfast choice.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: No room cleaning. Not offered. Poor noise isolation between room. Can hear people in neighboring rooms. Desk agents not very friendly.

Very good

Liked: Convenient, great parking, good breakfast. Nice and competent staff.
Disliked: Spruce up bathroom and do a deep clean of shower. Refrigerator super noisy so I unplugged it. The room smelled a bit off. I ran AC for a while but it was still there.

Liked: Rooms were nice
Disliked: At checking we were given the information that we have to register online for Carlsbad Caverns. This is not correct and only applies to the peak season in summer.Both elevator and pool were out of order.
