Would not recommend, very bad...

Liked: Free Airport Shuttle.
Disliked: Our room smelled like someone peed all over the floor. Using the AC and/or opening the windows did not help. Thanks god the bed did not smell and seemed to be clean. WiFi did not really work. Furniture was old.

If they get a grip...

Liked: Great place but the internet was very poor! I needed it for work etc and found it very frustrating! Other than that, it was ok.
Disliked: Internet was very poor and it caused some problems regarding appointments, chats etc.

A one nighter if you...

Liked: It was close to the airport.
Disliked: The smell of the room was rotten, the bathroom was aged.

Liked: The room was very nicely appointed, except for the heating/cooling unit, which is in the room and the fan is noisy and runs constantly.
Disliked: This establishment uses a 3rd Party contracted shuttle service. I waited for 45 minutes to be picked up at the airport after my call, it was at 11:00pm when I requested it, and midnight by the time I got into my room. Several calls to the front desk resulted in them saying "it was on the way". The driver of the van told me he had received the page at 11:19, though I had called at 11:04. He showed up at 11:45. On the way back, when I went to breakfast at 7am I requested an 8:00am pickup, and was told to be in the lobby at 7:45. it arrived at 7:43, and the front desk called; I was told they would leave without me if I did not come immediately. The van had other passengers onboard and more pickups to make. I rushed to get there when they called my room at 7:43, and as a result left my wallet behind. The driver kindly made a trip back so I could retrieve it, so it all turned out ok, but they need to tell you in advance how their shuttle service works so one can be prepared for the less than perfect service, and the fact that you cannot get a specific time for pickup, it is at the discretion of the service.

Disliked: I went to corporate racist staff she filed a false police report because I asked for my refund told. The police I was intimidating her and she's scared and I'm arguing with her and she feels in danger mind you I work in law enforcement they played games with me about who the manager was or supervisor it's a family ran hotel stay away there is no one with a name tag in the establishment they refused to give me the name of the front desk Indian racist lady she refused not to give her name insisting I call the corporate because they Kno won't nothing happen how do Iake a call to corporate without the person I'm complaining about information how they are crooks bugs was in my room I have photos they called my children liars for asking for a bar of soap that wasn't in my room she called me while I placed my family in the room for 12 hr as my home was being worked on 10mins up the road worst experience ever stay away from these racist crooks they don't practice good business at all
