Liked: Very easy to get to.
Disliked: Our room was extremely far from front lobby. They didn’t want us using the door near where we parked/where our room was located “for security purposes. “Also, every front desk attendant, and breakfast “waitress” EXCEPT FOR SUE, were consistently and continually on their phones. Customer service was NOT priority.

Disliked: The mattress in room 328 is very very bad, it’s like a hammock, in my opinion it should be replaced today.We couldn’t sleep, we woke up with a painful back.

Liked: Staff were very pleasant.
Disliked: strong smoke smell in non smoking room. Room was not clean and bathroom had a lot of water damage. Mattress was worn out and sinking in the middle. Would not come back.

Disliked: Beds were very small and uncomfortable Room was dirty and grimy. You could tell they only clean the high touch areas like handles and bench tops. All the corners in the bathroom were black and looked mouldy.

Liked: Breakfast is good to fill your stomach and save some bucks.
Disliked: Came back 2nd time b/c of good location and breakfast but this time, the room is very noisy from the outside guests who are very impolite. Rooms should be sound proofed better. Very noisy window A/C. There's no tooth brush. Staff is rude, not attentive. We have to wait for 15' to check out w/o anyone at the front desk.
