We planned on that. - No ShuttleThe pages had been ripped out of book in the room listing restaurants & attraction When husband went down asking for another told their weren't anyThis was a real concern as we did not have a vehicle or know areaGiven a take out menu who delivered

Disliked: Smoking in the motel, and not just cigarettes Marijuana throughout the 3rd floor was horrendous When we advised the lady on reception, she said it is only non-smoking if they catch someone, and marijuana was legal in Buffalo. She also was smoking outside the front door, which explains the smell of smoke in the reception area The area outside the lift was filthy, outside the door next to ours was filthyOur door looked like it had been smashed in, the room was very old and some furniture and the shower wall are all in need of a revamp The room next door had their TV up loud all day and night, so bad we ended up venturing down for breakfast, 6am, 3 hours earlier than expected as we couldn't sleep. My partner slept in his clothes as something ran across his face whilst resting in the afternoon

Liked: The property is very near the airport
Disliked: - The room was so dirty! Mold in shower. Corners of room dirty. The walls had spattered stains on them in the bathroom and in other places. Disgusting. - More than one room was smoking cigarettes and smoking pot. The hallway absolutely stunk like a grow operation. We slept with pillows at the door to stop some of the smell coming in. We complained to reception and they said “well there is not much we can do unfortunately.The smell comes in on people’s clothes who smoke outside!” Ummmm ok, sure. -The carpets in the hall had not been vacuumed for what looked like a year!!! The hotel needs a total clean and refresh. We will NOT be back. Total waste of money. SAVE YOURS.

Good value for money for...

Liked: Bed was comfortable, floors were clean, and we had enough towels. Easily accessible and breakfast was great.
Disliked: Bathroom left much to be desired, strange shower, (small space and dark), older and needs updating but was as clean as could be. Room had some lights out above beds and lampshades were peeling or old. Heat system was as loud as an jet engine...
