Liked: Room was clean I think but didn’t stay long enough to get details.
Disliked: Horrible customer service. My family has stayed in many hotels but apparently I had too many kids for this one.

Basic, older hotel - comfy...

Liked: Lady at front desk in the evening was very friendly. Enjoyed our conversations with to her. Room was clean, but had stains on chairs. Slept well in beds.
Disliked: Outdated bathrooms, stains in carpet in hallway, chairs in room appeared dirty and stained, room was warm and AC didn’t seem to be cooling in first room, but we were quickly moved to new room where AC cooled fine.

Unacceptable

Disliked: Our first room we were placed in was not clean. The towels were still lying on the counter dirt. The sheets on the bed were pulled back like someone was staying there. Then we were moved to another room, and the TV wasn't programmed to show anything. Then, the remote didn't work.
