Dingy hotel, mediocre breakfast, as...

Liked: Location and price were why we booked.
Disliked: Room was not well cleaned (very obvious mess of skin flakes all over couch and ottoman) and main lamp didn't work (cord was cut). The guy at the front desk came up, looked at it, argued with us, denied that it was dirty, denied that it was skin, then eventually, grudgingly, sent someone to clean the room and replace the lamp. Very unpleasant and unnecessary interaction. Otherwise, it was just a dingy hotel, which is fine. But that front desk guy really worked hard to earn this bad review.

Disliked: Incompetent staff, reservation “didn’t show up” even though I had a confirmation message from the property, and they tried to make me book another room w/o confirming cancellation of the first room. And then were haggling prices and making the whole experience even worse.

Disliked: They tried to over charge me which was a different price than what I booked the room for but it was fixed and the sofa and ottoman had stains on it but other than that it was fine

Disliked: They really need pest control to spray for roaches. I saw one in my room upon arrival,and a few crawling down the hallway, both days I was there.Also, they should hold people accountable for smoking in the bathrooms. If the hotel says it's non smoking, then it's non smoking. I had to go back out to my car to get my inhaler because the bathroom smelled strongly of smoke..
