Disliked: They tried to over charge me which was a different price than what I booked the room for but it was fixed and the sofa and ottoman had stains on it but other than that it was fine

Disliked: They really need pest control to spray for roaches. I saw one in my room upon arrival,and a few crawling down the hallway, both days I was there.Also, they should hold people accountable for smoking in the bathrooms. If the hotel says it's non smoking, then it's non smoking. I had to go back out to my car to get my inhaler because the bathroom smelled strongly of smoke..

Disliked: 1. Didn't have the room reserved thru Booking.com. 2. Offered me a larger room at no additional charge. 3. CHARGED ME EXTRA. 4. When I asked about the overcharge, the clerk said there was nothing he could do. Said there was NO manager available. Did NOT have the manager call when he came in. 5. Told me to contact BOOKING.COM, who also does not offer a friendly solution for help.
