For the price, if you are looking for something really clean, this is your place. Yes the walls are a little thin but you can't beat it for the price. Also close enough to downtown so cab fare was only $5 a person or less. We didn't make it for breakfast but the hotel staff we talked to were extremely pleasant and helpful. Although we didn't need them, having a small fridge and a microwave in the room could come in handy, especially with kids or if you were staying more than one night. No restaurant at the actual hotel but if you were hungry there is one close by that delivers to the hotel with very reasonable prices.

This place is far away...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Very happy with them. They are the only reason I didn't give a 1 star rating.
Disliked: The listing says Sleep Inn Suites and Conference Center Downtown. This place is FAR from downtown. I went to Indianapolis for the Big Ten Basketball Tournament and chose a place that said it was downtown. It was a 10 minute taxi ride to downtown, a 40 minute walk. I was nowhere near the event I went there for because the place was not named accurately and am just a bit angry that I ended up nowhere near where all the festivities were happening. It was an expensive ride getting anywhere. And to top it off, there was nowhere near this place to go for any kind of entertainment. It was all industrial and schools. The breakfast was also very bland and tasteless. There was plenty of it, but it wasn't good.

Very good

Liked: Location being near to I U Health facilities. Room was clean and comfortable. Desk person was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area.

Exceptional

Personally, we won't stay here...

Liked: The night staff that checked us in was very nice.
Disliked: The room itself was in desperate need of repairs; cracked tiles, worn carpet, microwave was finicky

It was ok but overpriced

Liked: The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Room was dated, hair in the bathroom made me question how well the cleaning crew does. Room was hot not matter what we tried with the temperature unit.

Decent for a quick trip

Liked: Some what close to downtown. But not downtown
Disliked: Bathroom needs updating, new shower heads, repairs.

Pleasant

Liked: It was an okay place. Location was good and close to everything that I needed. Food local business and hospital. The TV went out in our room. They sent a new one . Breakfast was ok. Didn't have other options for non pork or beef eaters.
