Disappointing
Liked: The location was why we picked the hotel
Disliked: The carpet in our room was disgusting. It had lots of areas with gross food crushed into the carpet and needs to be replaced. The temperature was too finicky and didn’t adjust properly at all to the settings

Last night sucked.
Liked: The Continental breakfast was top notch.
Disliked: What I thought was Sunday through Thursday at another hotel, ended up only being Monday through Thursday. I tried to use the Booking.com app to get one more day, As soon as I saw that the order was confirmed I saw that it was the name of the wrong hotel.I immediately called Booking.com and even though it was only SECONDS after confirming the wrong hotel, that hotel, Sleep Inn, was unwilling to refund my money. Even though I was disappointed, I accepted it, and was just going to stay at the Sleep Inn.When I arrived they wanted to authorize another $100 for incidentals. At the moment I didn't have another $100 on a card that I could use. So not only would they not cancel my reservation and give me my money back, They wanted an additional $100 otherwise I couldn't stay there and they were keeping my money. I felt like I was getting strongarmed into giving them business. I think that, seconds after making the mistake of booking a hotel, I should be able to cancel without penalty (give at least a 10 minute window Jesus!). I'm not sure if it was my mistake or a glitch with the booking.com app, But it refreshed with the wrong hotel. The Continental breakfast was badass but pale from the taste left in my mouth from the disappointment from the night before. Today I looked at my account and found that they did not authorize $100, they took $100 as a payment. I have not yet received that money back.
