Liked: Location was cool
Disliked: I arrived a little early and ended up having to pay for extra to get into my room early. When I went to my room it was alot smaller then expected and ended up having to pay for an upgrade.

Liked: Clean, staff was great,, and it was in a good location for visiting GVSU.
Disliked: While I didn't expect a lot, the free breakfast wasn't that great and the coffee was terrible: the only reason why I didn't give them a 10/10.

Liked: was very quiet and comfortable. We were on the backside of the hotel. The row of tall pine trees were beautiful and made a great privacy screen.
Disliked: The breakfast choices cold have been more varied. The hard boiled eggs did not make it.
