Would recommend and would stay...

Liked: The room was spacious. Especially since I was travelling alone. The location to Grand Rapids was great, making the value(price) better than staying right in Grand Rapids.
Disliked: The bathroom needed cleaning. Specifically the hot tub. It looked like it hadn't either been used in a while or cleaned. Other than that, the bathroom was in good order.

Disliked: Upon arrival, the Wi-Fi was out and I was not able to check in. I had to wait at least 20 minutes. When I finally got checked in and got a room, the unit in the wall made such loud noises I couldn’t even use it.

Disliked: Carpet dirty, bathroom mold, curtain ripped

They should not charge extra...

Liked: Location was cool
Disliked: I arrived a little early and ended up having to pay for extra to get into my room early. When I went to my room it was alot smaller then expected and ended up having to pay for an upgrade.

Liked: Clean, staff was great,, and it was in a good location for visiting GVSU.
Disliked: While I didn't expect a lot, the free breakfast wasn't that great and the coffee was terrible: the only reason why I didn't give them a 10/10.
