Liked: The location and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: Lot of homeless in the area.

Liked: It's pretty good for their 2.5 rating.
Disliked: The internet for wifi wasn't working. They were not able to get it fixed.

Liked: Closer to final destination
Disliked: Carpet and shower were dirty, needs deep cleaning.

Liked: Very friendly staff, not only were all staff members friendly, but they went out of there way to help set-up my transportation needs to destinations from the hotel. The daily morning breakfast was nice, with many options to choose from.
Disliked: Somehow I was told this hotel was much closer to where I needed to be the Phoenix area, so I decided to not rent a car and use other transportation (Uber or taxi) so my transportation costs coming and going each day were somewhat higher.

Liked: Location was very good
Disliked: Linen on bed looked very old Only one cart for whole motel Very overpriced

Liked: East check in even at 2 am
Disliked: Pillows tiny and lumpy. Breakfast not great

Liked: Convenient lovation on north side of Phoenix. Breakfast was varied and tasty.
