Liked: Location was perfect. Breakfast was excellent. Pool and access to beach were awesome.
Disliked: The beds were not comfortable. One bed was super loud. There were 4 small squared pillows, we did not like them at all.

Sleep Inn Orange Beach is...

Liked: We love this Sleep Inn on Orange Beach! It is right on the beach. We love the Omelette Bar that has been added to the breakfast.
Disliked: We love everything!

Disliked: The property was not clean. The bathroom shower was rotted at the bottom. The toilet was not connected securely. The curtains were thread bare. The sheets were rough with pills. One staff member left his desk and followed me down the hall berating me over his error. We had booked two nights and he deactivated our door key.

Awful liars!!!

Liked: After i left my motel i saw they charged my deposit for 250$ blame me on smoking in the room- im not a smoker!!! I called them to understand what happened , and they just hanged up the phone screaming at me. From reading reviews i saw they did it to many people- BEWARE!!!!

Liked: It was great, clean, rite on the beach. The staff was great. Tray (I think was his name) was wonderful. We got there early and our room wasn't quit ready but he told us to hang around, use the pool, towels, or hang on the beach and use there umbrella and chairs. Just make your self at home.

Adequate accommodations, expect more for...

Liked: On the beach. Great view with small balcony. Breakfast was pretty good, made to order omelets, waffles, and many more items. However, we only ate maybe 2 days out of 5.
Disliked: Room had many flaws. Bed was uncomfortable, border around the bottom of bed was dirty and ragged. Very small room for $200 a night off season. Shower and bathroom was tiny. Does had to be slammed to shut. Shower was weak. Tv was oddly to the left near the entrance while bed was close to the balcony. So we had to look left anytime we watched tv. Refrigerator was dirty. The outlet by the sink looked like an afterthought, it was right at the corner of the wall and it was difficult plugging anything up. We spilled some water from a small ice chest when we first arrived, I used a bath towel to wipe the floor up (hardwood/vinyl) and the towel was filthy dirty. Was very unhappy about that. We laid towels on the floor to walk around the rest of the time. I’m sorry we didn’t take pictures.
