Yuck
Liked: The breakfast was decent and the coffee was plentiful
Disliked: The property was old. There were several light bulbs out in my room. Very dark interior even in the hallways and lobby area. The floors in my room were so gross my feet were dirty from walking on them. The toilet barely flushed, the tv had little to watch. The bed was really low but comfortable. The furniture was also old and very dumpy. The whole place needs renovation

The first room smelt like...
Liked: Very little
Disliked: If booking.com is going to put a hold on my credit card for damages then the motel should check the room before you leave and release your money. They would not. I ask them to. I will never use booking.com again unless someone emails me about this. I will make sure my hundreds of friends on facebook know about this. I have been trying to call you guys but I can’t because I needed a pin and I don’t know where to get it from.

All but the room cleaning...
Liked: Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were nice. Lobby and front area were clean.
Disliked: The first morning, the room was cleaned and the room smelled nice. The second morning, one bed was not made. The third morning the trash was empited, neither bed was made and the floors weren't even swept.

Dirty rooms, Rusty mattress, and...
Disliked: When I tried to check in they refused to allow me to stay since I had 2 other people with me which I stated when I originally booked. They stated their policy states they only allow those rooms to 2 people. She couldn't check me in. She stated that I should have just booked with sleep inn directly. She finally was able to check me in but stated I would have to speak with her manager in the morning at 8am. When she checked me in she charged my card for the room when I already paid for the room on booking.com. when we went to the room it was unkempt and there were rust marks on the pull out mattress with no sheets for it. Bathroom was dirty. I was fed up after the service and the room so we decided to leave and stay somewhere else. When we walked out I told the lady at the desk that we were going to go somewhere else and she charged me for the room her answer was that booking.com does not pay them and they charge the night before the stay but then later she stated that there was no charge on their system even after I showed her my bank statement. She just kept telling me I could talk to her manager in the morning. Absolute worst service I've ever received and the only time I've left a hotel cause of the service.
