Disliked: Some of the faculty need to more friendly

Loud , no coffee ,...

Liked: I liked the location and the room had a coffee maker
Disliked: Front desk clerk was never there , never had coffee , got breakfast right when it opened and the waffle mix was empty, I had to leave @545 am to go to McDonald’s and buy a coffee , the room coffee maker was filthy dirty, tried to wash it but the crud wouldn’t comeOut . Still attempted to make coffee sipped it and it tasted like rust.

Liked: Staff was really helpful, location was perfect, between Opryland and Downtown.Room was quiet and clean.Possibility to do some laundry.

Liked: The place is easy to find and the price was very good.... the room was a little small, no room for a chair to sit and read but everything worked well and liked the layout with nice storage area. Beds were excellent, we used both beds and were pleased with both. Used the shower and liked having a shelf and large grab bar. Bonus was having a light right in the shower, nice and bright....
Disliked: lack of a chair to sit and read in.
