Liked: Had a reservation to this hotel, upon arrival the staff couldn't find the reservation and couldn't make any accommodations. At this point I was really tired, had been driving for a bit.
Disliked: They couldn't find my reservation and couldn't accommodate. Had to find a different hotel

Exceptional

Liked: it was clean and staff was friendly

We had a pleasant stay...

Liked: The room was clean. The staff was great! The Wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable. The coffee at breakfast was good.
Disliked: The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The shower head was too high. The shower curtain was too short and water got all over the floor, particularly near the toilet. There was television guide on the TV, we just had to keep flipping channels just to see what was on. The breakfast was so-so.

Liked: The staff.
Disliked: The beds was itchy I couldn’t plug my game in for my son to watch micky mouse because y’all don’t have the kids channel at your guys hotel if we can’t hook our game up can you guys at least provide a kids channel for kids so they can watch their television while the parents and get some rest because of that we wasn’t well rested and everyone was itching I believe you guys didn’t wash your sheets before we came but none the less thank you for the opportunity hope we may consider you guys in the future.😔

Liked: Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. It was a good experience!

I have use the hotel...

Liked: The rooms were dirty. The breakfast area has bugs flying in and on the area of the bread and bagels.
Disliked: That it was nasty from the elevator to the breakfast area and the rooms. I booked two rooms and both was nasty.
