Disliked: No ice machine was working on any of floors. Refrigerator in room did not work

The price and location was...

Liked: Nice rooms at an affordable price.
Disliked: The front desk clerk was not friendly at all. She did not engage in conversation or offer details about the stay. She just asked for the name and the card. The card hold of $100 seems a lot. Should maybe look at reducing the amount especially since the note on the counter says it may be several days before the hold is released.

Disliked: First room keys I received didn’t work. No body wash or shampoo in the room. Broken shower drain cover. Holes in the bathroom door. The wall piece the tv was attached to was disgusting. The tv remote didn’t work. I will never stay at a sleep in again.
