Key card didn't work. We were only there for one night and had to go downstairs 4 times the first day cause we couldn't get into our room! The lady made it seem like it was my fault and I had it too close to my phone or credit cards which we did not. My husband had them in his pockets with nothing else! Then the next morning we went down for breakfast and it was terrible - it was cold, bland, soggy eggs, hard bread and seemed old! So we said nope and headed back upstairs to our room so we could pack up and go somewhere else (and pay for breakfast even that was free) and couldn't get into our room again. Ugggh, so I go downstairs and she 'fixes' my key cards and I go back up to my hubby who is in the hall way waiting to get into the room once again and it still didn't work! It was just very unsatisfactory. We were there for our first out of state trip for our 11th anniversary. This is the first year we could go on a trip and this is what I will remember most ugh. We were so aggravated at this point it was ridiculous we will never stay there again!!

Liked: Only good thing was that it was clean.
Disliked: Key cards didn't work; breakfast was a terrible deal; lady was short with us.

Disliked: Building seemed under construction… no ceiling tiles, walls patched up, just seemed… unfinished. Remote didn’t work, homeless present in lobby, housekeeping knocked at 730 am to flip our room.

Disliked: Bathroom , peeling wallpaper , mold in shower , towel rack falling , toilet paper roll falling , light out , fan making a noise . The lady was nice and put light in . they guy would not change my card number out because I was paying in cash. I work at a hotel and always have correct card on file. .my head was stopped up and hurting by the time I left.

Liked: The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. Very close to the convention center. It was also quiet.
Disliked: The hotel is very run down and the area is sketchy. I went to check out the breakfast and there was nothing out but a woman who was clearly homeless came in. She was very rude to the desk worker but continued to help herself to the limited options. There were no ceiling tiles in the hallway. My son had to duck to keep from hitting his head on low hanging wires. There are pieces falling off the outside of the building. No trim on the walls in the hallway, peeling upholstery on the chairs, and the toilet ran constantly. Strong smell of marijuana in the hallway.
