Staff was great. Appearance of hotel and rooms that we were in seemed clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Rate it a 4, really. We came to the entertainment at Downstream.

Disliked: When we arrived we were giving room 204 we left after booking in and returned to find something that I thought at first was a burn hole on a sheet that turned out to be a bed bug right away we were moved to 206. The lady at the desk Cynthia was very helpful she went right into move mode and went out of her way to make sure that everything was safe and bug free for us however after her shift and after getting settled in the other room we needed an extra blankets one was promptly brought to our room only to find out the next morning there were bed bugs in that comforter as well we had slept all night with it I can't even tell you how completely scared I was but we noticed we had not been bitten and we saw none in the bed or anywhere else just inside of this white comforter it had five or six of them they were very active but fortunately for some unforeseen reason didn't seem to have spread past the comforter itself. We called the desk the girls came up they went back and got a plastic bag we put the comforter in a plastic bag they brought alcohol we found a spray bottle and we began spraying everything down the carpet the bed the dust cover everywhere so we can almost not breathe for the alcohol we continued to observe any other bugs that may have found their way into any other place we did not seem to be able to find that so we stayed in that room and after some time later I was able to calm down and we were told that they would do something too correct this and give us some type of relief we took it as to be a additional night at a later date or some kind of compensation we did not ever hear from the manager when I had left she had just stepped out I was told I was giving her card and I had my receipt and I plan to follow up and to see what it is that they had planned too give us four all of this scare and having to move after we had unpacked on Friday night and then getting scared again on Saturday morning when we woke up to more bed bugs.
