I was completely disgusted with...

Liked: Very poor service, there we no towels, blankets that could be requested to the room. i requested a cot upon reservation and was expected to sleep on the floor. multiple termite infestation between bathroom and bedroom. We found cockroaches in the closet. There was drippings on the walls in the lobby, halls, and room. things were CLEARLY not cleaned. We left briefly after finding bugs and after being told i was to “figure it out” with four children in my room. to top it all off while inspecting the room there was ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKE DETECTOR. i give this hotel a 0/10 and management and service as a 0/10. ABSOLUTELY SICKENING!
Disliked: EVERYTHING!!

Disliked: The room had no towels and there were bugs crawling from somewhere out of nowhere the soap wasnt good it didn't have a good scent. The TV wasn't on the right channel had to call the desk attendee to come get it to work. And the sheets had stains on them ughh

Liked: Like most Sleep Inn?s, the linens are soft and the beds are comfy.
Disliked: The male working when I checked in seemed to mumble to himself under his breath quite a lot. I saw a woman on oxygen in a wheelchair ask for a new room key and he mumbled something and then left it on the counter but out of her reach. Very thoughtless.

Disliked: Everything algae growing on hot tub water was greenSona has been broken since I stayed there 3 years ago. We even called and asked because the sofa and hot tub was the only reason we drove extra 70 miles and paid 10 toll! CourtyardTO THIS AWFUL MESS!

Liked: There was nothing to like about it
Disliked: The hallway floors had stains along with the wallpaper pealing off.Once we got to our room, the curtains and bed had stains including blood stains. There was something sticky on the remote. We checked out immediately after seeing all of that. This hotel needs to come off of this website.
