Don't book room 109!

Liked: Pool warm, clean, good opening hours. Breakfast had plenty of options
Disliked: I accidentally booked an accessible room and they wouldn't change it. It was room 109, right next to the elevator that you could hear running up and down. Fortunately when we were sleeping, so were potential elevator users. Stay away from room 109, and probably 209/309, too. Also, the wifi wouldn't connect to our Kindles.

Liked: We were in #109. The room was right next to the elevator shaft, which was very noisy. We asked if we could change rooms, they had none available.

Disliked: The hotel tried to charge my card before :30 minutes before I got there. When it declined because my money was in my savings, they “cancelled” my reservation. My room was still available but they charged my the current price which was $70 more than my cost through my reservation. As a parent whose child just signed to attend LaTech, guess where I will never stay at again when I visit??!!!
