Liked: Location was decently located. Starbucks next door. About 15’ from Mohegan sun.
Disliked: Management is terrible. Requested a change in reservation and was given the run around and completely ignored requests directly from booking.com. None of the reception staff - manager included- was helpful at all. It was always “something I can’t help with.” Rooms were small and had a funny smell. Would NEVER stay here again. Definitely not worth the money. Spend an extra $40 and stay at the Hyatt. Don’t waste your money on this place or your time with their staff. Our team was recommended to stay here for a tournament we played in. All players told team management to NOT recommend this place going forward.

It was a pleasant stay...

Liked: Rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. No outside noise.
Disliked: It would have been nice if they provided couple bottles of water for the guests.

Great, clean hotel that was...

Liked: Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Towels were clean but very thin.

Clean sleep space

Liked: Clean room, shower was be clean. The wall paint looked refreshed which made the room feel comforting. Heat and ac worked. Bed was firm but nice. Mostly quiet sleep space. Easy on-off to the highway.
Disliked: Breakfast was very minimal, no one restocked, fridge only had a few yogurts left in the first day and nothing on the second. Only a waffle machine or an English muffin. The blueberry muffins were inedible. Had to ask the front desk to restock the tea bags to have a drink with Breakfast. The juice machine was not restocked so mostly water came out. Pool could have been cleaner. The sink counter in the room had a very sharp unfinished side by the toilet. I consider that a bit of a hazard due to sharpness.
