No worries, never staying at...

Liked: The sheets were dirty, there were no towels, no remote- it seemed like the room was quickly put together from a previous stay. Extremely too expensive, not worth it! Staff could have been more accommodating and understanding. Should have received a portion off of the stay but all we got was a sorry.

Clean, friendly, handy, comfortable

Liked: Location was good, easy to get to services, downtown ($13 Uber). Close to good restaurants and UTSA. We stayed for the Final 4 weekend and also got to Seaworld.
Disliked: A little more variety at breakfast would have been good, but I can't complain really. staff were great and very helpful so I would recommend this hotel.

Good deal for big families.

Liked: The staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms fit our big family. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. In a good location. Walmart and Sam's club 5mins away.

It’s was okay

Liked: I was at another facility in Dallas and the room was up dated we were on the third floor DONT know if that made a difference but I feel the facility should update their rooms at least the bathrooms a little rust on the frames and for the coat I didn’t like that but the beds were very comfortable other then that NEED TO UPDATE ROOMS

Liked: The breakfast wasn’t the best but I’ve been coming to the same hotel for the past 3 years and just started eating the breakfast. But overall I always love sleeping here. Most definitely will see you guys again! I need to start getting points every time I come!
