Overall our stay was good.

Liked: The location was great. It was very nice that the hotel was attached to the waterpark so the kids didn’t have to go outside with wet hair.
Disliked: I asked for late check in and early check in at beginning of booking. And was told I could have it. When I checked in I couldn’t get the early check in and when I called to clarify the late check out they said they were sold out of late check outs. (This is why we chose this hotel and not the Sheraton).The washroom was like stepping into a freezer and couldnt get it to warm up. Other than that the stay was great. Just really disappointed with the late check out.

Liked: The staff were amazing and helpful.
Disliked: Disappointed at the lack of information available about bring our Owen towels at the water park. -We had to purchase towels. -automated check-in and check-out is a disaster. It automatically charges parking fee and no way to remove that fee if I’m not parking at the hotel.

Fairly friendly staff, great location...

Liked: Location and indoor access Fallsview Water Park, was very convenient especially when you’re with children!
Disliked: Courtyards were noisy, I burnt my hair with the hairdryer, my bangs were singed and my hair was was literally falling out, I brought it to the front desks attention when I was checking out and she did not seem to care or address my misfortune! I suggested that they at least have a warning that the hair dryers are extremely hot!
