It was alright, good value...

Liked: Staff was friendly, and location was convenient.
Disliked: AC too loud, bathroom and shower tiny.

Great resort, close to downtown,...

Liked: First impression of the property is that it’s very well maintained, with a cute Mid-Century vibe. Upon arrival, the staff were super friendly, check in was simple and the room was nice. Our standard king room was pretty basic, but had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. An extra blanket would have been nice, but we were fine without it. The outdoor spaces are beautifully landscaped and well manicured, the pool and lounge furniture were clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels, ice, and filtered water easily accessible. The fire pit area was an added bonus. The onsite restaurant has a small menu, but everything was delicious and the bartender Kaila was so friendly and helpful! They have 4 bikes available to borrow to ride around town. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here for New Year’s Eve!
Disliked: The only downside of our stay was the hotel is a family friendly hotel, and we usually like to stay at 21+ resorts when traveling without our own children. This was no fault of the hotel, just an oversight on my part when booking.

Perfect Palm Springs experience.

Liked: Property was clean and well maintained and staff was courteous and helpful. Pool area was fantastic. Reminded me of hotels of the ‘70-80’sQuick walk into town
Disliked: Main entry needs better signage. I arrived at night and missed the entry

Superb

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the courtyard/pool deck were beautifully landscaped. Cool midcentury modern vibes, with a good little restaurant attached. Was a close walk into the downtown core of Palm Springs, with amazing historical neighborhoods right near by that were cool to explore. Overall, great for families, friends or couples visiting Palm Springs.
Disliked: The signage at the hotel entrance could be expanded on, especially for when arriving after dark. Could also use some more hooks for towels in the rooms. Everything was great though!

Charming Affordable Hotel With Views

Liked: We were grateful for the warm welcome and direction upon arrival. We had booked two rooms and in discussion with the lobby staff were assigned adjacent ones in a very quiet section of the complex that also had amazing views. The rooms are spacious, charming, and laid out well, with plenty of flat surfaces and seating. There’s dedicated seating/table outside the room, as well. The parking lot is easily accessible. We didn’t have the chance to try the pool—next time, definitely. The rate we paid was incredibly affordable/reasonable.
Disliked: The room could use more electrical outlets. If you have mobility issues, the upstairs rooms are accessible only by stairs, which was made very clear to us by the lobby staff. It worked fine for us but may be challenging for some guests.

Liked: The place was great, they have nice cruiser bicycles to check out without cost.The only complaint is that Booking.com states that the resort fee is included in the price we paid, but the hotel said they are not, so we paid the $28 fee. Booking.com has not responded to our inquiry
