Liked: Great location and well-thought-out layout
Disliked: Regrettably, our experience at this property was highly disappointing. The cleanliness was subpar—there was even a nail clipping found in the bed, which we consider completely unacceptable. The unit was not adequately cleaned upon our arrival, and several amenities were non-functional. Moreover, the level of service did not meet the standards one would expect from a 5-star establishment. We submitted a formal complaint on the first night, yet the only response we received was a complimentary minibar, which was not replenished daily. Overall, we are extremely dissatisfied with our stay
