Disliked: Our room keys didn’t work on our arrival, not an issue the staff came and helped but then proceeded to say please leave us a review on google but only a good one not a bad one we will request it be removed if it’s negative. Then I called to follow up on the bond being returned a few days later was told we would only receive a partial refund due to using the mini bar which never happened it’s the biggest waste of money and with an ezymart downstairs and Woolworths 200 metres away we bought all our own waters, snacks, soft drinks, chips and dips. They stole money from me and will not be returning part of my bond as that is their policy. I requested a before and after photo of the room mini bar as I can promise you we don’t use the mini bar anywhere as it’s a waste of money. Make sure you take your own photos of what you use they are thieves
