Nice hotel, close to city...

Liked: Bed was very comfy. Nice and quiet. Room size was good. Location to city was excellent.
Disliked: Not much not to like.

Disliked: The lift was dirty someone had spilt sticky alcohol on the floor and it didn’t get cleaned off the whole time we stayed. Some more advertising for breakfast options would be great. The casino temperature is far to hot.

Liked: Love how staff accommodate my room requests when I book. They are a very busy hotel and the staff are always friendly and helpful.. Aiden the Concierge Manager is amazing and remembered me and had my bags taken to my room, this is first class service.. he is the man!!!! Thanks Aiden!!
