Liked: I have always loved this place but it has changed and not for the better.The rooms are fine the area is beautiful.
Disliked: The supervisor at check in was not helpful at all in trying to switch my room. She did not care to try and satisfy me. Horrible customer service skills. The new elevator key card will only let you access your floor...no ice on my floor had to go back to the front desk for a special key to the 2 nd floor floor ice. Wrist band to buy alcohol?? At a casino resort??? 5 little tabs they pull one off every drink 5 AND THAT'S ALL Folk's
