100$ deposit!

Liked: The rooms are nice, and they look like they are updating them place.
Disliked: This place is in a really bad area. 100$ deposit! This place didn't charge a deposit if you paid with a credit card last year. On booking, it says 50$, and they are rude about telling you it's wrong.

Disliked: Got my reservations at booking.com and the staff there said they don’t have my reservation there. I have to book again so I get charged double at hotel and booking.com. I’m not happy about it.

Uninterrupted comfortable and satisfying

Liked: The lady who checked us in was very polite & professional, we just became homeless and she was compassionate and caring. Giving us information a different location that accepts hotel vouchers but we didn't find any agencies that help us with paying for a couple weeks . We are still homeless, and needing hotel accommodations but unfortunately can't pay! If I had a choice we'd definitely choose your accommodations due to your front desk day shift employee. We were blessed to meet her and I hope she's acknowledged For her overall exceptional service,. She m a de me smile even though I've been in tears since being displaced bc my landlord sold the house we were in.Oh breakfast was good as well.
Disliked: Everything was as I'd expect for the area.

Disappointing

Liked: It had a jacuzzi tub in the room
Disliked: I didn’t like the live mouse stuck in a trap behind the TV. There was no coffee made at 830 am in the breakfast area.

Waaaaaaay overpriced!

Liked: He'll they wanted a hundred dollar deposit which is not disclosed before booking and would not rent the room otherwise!
Disliked: Wasn't even worth 40 to stay!
