Liked: Clean very nice staff
Disliked: My key didn't work, I booked a deluxe and did not get one I asked the lady she showed me the deluxe available however I didn't want because of big family with a soccer team and that was fine, that was my choice. Someone tried to get in my room with a room key that opened the door thankfully I had the latch locked. Than my biggest complaint was the check out time. Here in the booking app it clearly says 12:00 and on the inside of the door of my room said 12:00 noon. When I asked the housekeeper she said to call the desk I called the desk and I told him what my app said and what the room door said and he said it's still 11:00 we'll give you 20 minutes extra though. I was trying to have a peaceful night away without no complications. The staff was very nice. And I understand that some of these things were out of their hands.

Disliked: The room stunk like old water and was dirty, the hallway has water all over the floor , and the night time front desk guy was very rude and not helful
