Disappointing

Liked: Guy behind desk was very pleasant
Disliked: Bad smell in room. No blanket to add to bed. Air conditioner was noisy mattress had a dip in middle. Have not got refunded for deposit and only stayed 1 night and have not been refunded for 2nd night when we did not stay

You get what you pay...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: questionable level of cleanliness. This place so badly needs a remodel that the staff can't even make it look or feel clean. Also, location is probably not the safest area of city. Train whistles are frequent through day and night and LOUD as they are everywhere.

Great place!!!

Liked: Customer service. They were extremely friendly. Answer all questions even help me Park My truck cause I couldn't get in between the Lines. Will definitely be staying here. My next trip to Hutchinson Kansas. Because of the excellent service and the personality of people that helped us.
Disliked: Cannot say there was anything that I did not like, everything was to be my Liking.

Liked: The room was clean and well furnished. The motel is in walking distance (less than 10 minutes) of several great restaurants in downtown Hutchinson.
Disliked: The parking area was small.
