Will be renting again

Liked: Staff was very nice & the rooms were clean & price wasn’t bad ,the area in general was nice & peaceful. Will rent again.

Do not stay here. Price...

Liked: Not much. Loud. Right on highway.
Disliked: Shower took at least 5 minutes to get warm. Television had very few available channels. Reserved my room with one credit card and paid on site with another. BOTH were charged. Was assured that a refund had been issued but it was never received.

Satisfactory

Liked: I expected the room given to customer to be checked every morning and trash be cleaned and bed dressed so that when the customer comes back he will feel fresh again.
Disliked: Serenity

Great value

Liked: Motel was pleasant and comfortable, great value for the price.
Disliked: Beds could be a bit more comfortable and adding a blanket would be nice. It was a bit of a cooler night and only had a sheet and very thin topper.

Not reliable at all!!!!

Disliked: Decided to stay here for my moms surgery since it was close to the hospital, Had a reservation, went to check in at 1, they said the room wasn’t ready yet, fine.. Went back at about 6, nobody was at the desk, so I called the number and they said they no longer had any rooms available? Wtf… apparently since I selected “pay at property” they just canceled my reservation without any prior warning. I feel like they just didn’t want to rent to me for some reason? Idk I was never rude or anything. So glad I didn’t waste any money on this pos place! After reading other reviews seems like they do this kinda thing often! Don’t waste your time or money!!!!

Bad service rude general manager

Liked: Have several times before booked n paid at property .. this time booked n was told I they didnt have vacancy when they had about 6/8 listed vacancies for the property online n when I got to property I called to check in as I always do n was told by general manager that I was being hostile n what part didnt j get when he said they have no rooms … on booking it did say I couldn’t cancel n would be charged full price of rental of $55
Disliked: Rude general manager for the first time in over 15 years of using this property to get rooms from will never use them again
