Liked: Its an excellent place to stay, just 15 minutes away from the Heathrow Airport by bus.It has everything you need, I recommend it.
Disliked: Nothing

Fantastic stay, great staff and...

Liked: I loved the location of the property. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The part I really loved about this property was how comfortable the bed was. We slept really well and will be staying again.
Disliked: If you are in rooms on the 2nd floor you need to be able to climb stairs. My friend has a disability and struggled with the stairs but once in the room the stay was lovely. Also be sure to keep your room key card away from other cards in your purse/wallet as we got locked out on the 2nd night and the staff advised us it was because of this. Thankfully the staff were onsite and reprogrammed our keys straight away though I did have to do the dreaded 4 flights of stairs to the second floor again as I had to collect the reprogrammed key from reception on ground floor.
