Liked: The location was great. Very short walk to main street, shops, restaurants, the lakefront. The property was clean and well kept. The bathroom and room were upgraded and comfortable.
Disliked: I found it to be rather pricey for a Tuesday night. $200 and it did not include breakfast (beyond a container of instant oatmeal in the room).

Liked: Our stay at the Skaneateles Boutique Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was kind, accommodating & helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. But nothing topped the location. The hotel was walking distance to the lake, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, grocery stores & more! We will definitely be back!

Liked: Quaint little hotel right in town. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. The person (Julie) who greeted us was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks and beverages.

Nice enough

Liked: Nice location. Off street parking. In a nice home. Very clean. Coffee, oatmeal and snacks as part of your room. Easy building access after hours. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Price was pretty high for early February and nothin going on in town. Bed was rather hard and uncomfortable. There was a very bright light just outside our door. Fine for security at night but difficult to sleep with it shining under our door.
