Liked: The venue, easy parking, helpful staff in practicalities and the inhouse Indian restaurant with the surrounding back garden and park
Disliked: The remote control of the TV did not work in two rooms. I noticed on the second night that a battery was missing from the remote control.No breakfast.One guest behaved very loudly at bed time and woke everyone very unpleasantly at 6:15 in the morning on 14th. Although, I should doubt this guest was a member of staff, I did not like the highly anti-social behaviour. Waking one made no difference in reality, just gave a bad start to the day.

Liked: Nothing it needs to be torn down
Disliked: Unclean, hot, my friend found bedbugs next door which my kids came into contact with as they had been lying on that bed. Refused to do the right thing and refund me when I couldn’t stay through fear that my kids could have brought them into my room. My son split water in the bathroom and mopped it up with a white towel which came up grey afterwards. Avoid
