Disliked: Initially, we were put into room 101 (in England there is a comedy show on TV featuring room 101 which is a euphemism for the very worst) The room was literally like a prison cell. I had to pay to upgrade to a comfortable room on the fifth floor. I would suggest that if you are allocated room number 101, you need to brace yourself for a run in with the management.

Disliked: There was a heavy paint smell in the living room, probably because it was being renovated. Everything was good, but when I checked in, there was no parking space. The front desk receptionist questioned how I could enter the parking lot and reprimanded me for not doing so. She said I should park at the door and check in. But if I parked at the door, I would be blocking the entrance and exit to the two garages. This made me confused and sad, and I didn't know how I could check in without blocking the entrance to the garage or parking inside for a while, and make her satisfy. Thanks to another staff who came out to solve the problem and let me find a parking space. The room and hotel are nice, but the check-in ruined the good impression of this hotel
