Great location and spacious room....
Liked: Very spacious junior suite, would have hoped a simple continental breakfast would have been included in the price. FAB location! When booking, I recommend that you double check your room has a private bathroom/toilet (always assumed that was a given!), but had to upgrade to get one. Also be aware that you have to leave a $500 deposit on check in for the minibar, so budget for that! Also note that the 7th floor has a club which stays open til 3am, so if you need complete silence to sleep, ask for a room well below/above that! Having said all that, I would stay here again.

Liked: We had a great stay in this wonderful LES location after having stayed in Midtown for the first half of our trip. Plenty of fantastic food and nightlife options nearby. We booked 2 Allen Rooms for 2 adults and 2 teens and this provided a good amount of space for us to both hang out in and sleep in. The balconies extended the living space, however, it would have been great if there was at least one small chair or stool on the balcony. The sliding bathroom door was off its tracks when we arrived but they had this fixed promptly. Something to note is that there isn't a lot of bathroom privacy so if this is important, book a different hotel/room. We didn't have a problem with it but can see that it would be a concern for some. If I had to complain about something, it would be the lengthy wait time for ice delivery to our room each evening. It was also a bit annoying that the Nespresso pods weren't replenished daily so had to call down to request more each morning. Attention to small details could be improved. Overall, a great place to stay outside of midtown for experiencing lower Manhattan activities and venues.
