The rooftop bar & restaurant...
Liked: The location and staff are spectacular. The breakfast and room dinning menus were incredible.
Disliked: During our stay, the next room/suite on the 7 floor was being refitted. It was pretty loud even for a Sunday morning.

I wouldn’t have stayed here...
Liked: The interior was fancy and looked nice. It was clean inside the room
Disliked: Small room for the price paid. The bathroom is so tiny and the bedroom is incredibly small. The room was very hot and despite lowering the temperature, it did not work at all. I didn’t like the valet idea either. I like the idea of being able to pay for parking on site but having control of when I am able to take my car in and out of the property without having a valet constantly grab it

Liked: I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the complimentary espresso and water, and the convenient location in Beverly Hills, which was within walking distance of many cafes and restaurants. Dana stood out for her professionalism and responsiveness, providing invoices and letters promptly and handling everything with understanding.
Disliked: However, there were a few issues: extra charges like amenity fees and the security deposit weren’t disclosed upfront and were only refunded after discussion. The staff seemed uncoordinated, except for Dana. My room was dim, noisy, and had water leakage from the handicap-designed shower, and there was a sewage smell in reception on the first day. Addressing these points could enhance the guest experience.
