Liked: Location was nice, but no restaurants or shops near, the nearest was Rodeo Drive - 10 min walk. The only nice thing there was the pool, heated, could be warmer) No big mirrors in the room.
Disliked: Reception on 27th and 28th of Dec was extremely slowly, 1 hour for checking-in after 12h flight was realy too much for me and my son. Reception couldn't work without manager, the manager was anable to solve the problem with the payment. My debit card didnt work because of Geocontroll (blocking payments out of EU), I offered cash payment, but after 2 days, which were weekend (no possibility to speak with my bank), the hotel manager really asked me to quitt my staying there, because they didn't want to take cash payments. This would never happen in Europe. It is generally a very strange profit policy of the hotel, as I booked the room at the higher price, then it was offered that time and they had rooms available. Nevertheless they preferred to quitt my staying than to earn good money. But I was never treated like that. The management ist horrible there. At another hotel my debit card worked! so very strange policy and unfriendly reception except of the tall man and the door men.
