Nice little family getaway

Liked: Definitely the girls at the guest registration especially the woman who checked me in she was so sweet and amazing I wish I got her name but she's like there all the time so I'm sure if this review gets back to them they'll know exactly who she is she's older with dark curly hair glasses and very sweet and helpful..
Disliked: The inside water park needs some repairs and there needs to be more tubes available for the lazy river there's definitely not enough the floors are very slippery even while walking and I really feel like there should be a pool added or some more water activities because it's not only parents with little kids it's teenagers grandparents aunts uncles it just would be nice to have more activity for the older people who go there

Fun, but small indoor park

Liked: We liked the location. Really close to Lake George with restaurants and activities. We loved the lazy river at the water park. It was not super crowded where you were unable to move about the resort comfortably. A few places to eat quickly were available, as well as a Starbucks. Beds were comfortable, and clean. Standard rooms have enough space to be comfortable. Front desk was great about accommodating families next to each other inside the hotel rooms.
Disliked: The facility itself is rather small indoors. Nice to have the water park all in one room, but we quickly finished going into each featured area once. The second day there, there was a feature closed, with no explanation, nor any time frame for reopening, making the other features extra crowded. Water was freezing. There are very few chairs, not enough for all guests staying. Whole water park closed for over an hour daily, which, the staff should have sufficient coverage for the day without closing. No where on their website did I see posted hours, or that they closed mid day.

Disliked: Room wasn't ready until 730 pm check in was at 400 had to spend unnecessary money for locker to hold our cloths for water park room had shit stains on toilet i told the receptionist but we used third party for the booking
